Hout Bay Module
Project details: A compact 2nd dwelling unit built with lightweight building technologies, including plastic bottle walling. The slope of the site invited an efficient split level solution that created a 1½ volume living area with a room adjacent to a full bedroom and bathroom beneath a mezzanine utility space.
